At EMIN, we follow a very customer friendly policy to ensure your purchases are free of any stress or issues. Please ask as many questions as you wish before confirming your order including fabric, design, measurements or anything that helps you make your decision, we would love to assist you with the same. You agree that there may be a certain category of products / items that are exempted from returns or refunds. Such categories of the products would be identified to you at the item of purchase. No refund/exchange for fancy items & accessories. No refund/exchange for size issues. To report damage, please get in touch with our customer care within 24 hours of delivery along with the mandatory parcel opening video for verification purpose. Returnable items: Items for return must be in original packaging, shouldn’t be worn and in original condition.
Kindly note that sale articles and orders received from overseas are not eligible for return/exchange.
